The Course

This transformative self-paced course introduces the key concepts of mindfulness and how to apply them during the 9-to-5 grind.

You'll learn practical techniques to keep you feeling calm, improve concentration, enhance creativity, and manage stress.

We'll explore breathing exercises, guided meditations, and the art of mindfulness during daily tasks, making the ordinary workday extraordinary.

By the end of this journey, the skills you develop will spill over from your desk to every aspect of your life, showing you how mindfulness can be your secret superpower in the corporate world and beyond.

It is recommended to do the course over 8 weeks, with one session per week, as this gives you time to master the homework challenges.

Each session will last an average of one hour.

Once enrolled you will have access to the course 24/7 for 12 months.
